By downloading, installing, or using MileFlow ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
License
MileFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Use of the App
MileFlow is a vehicle cost tracking tool designed to help you monitor fuel costs, energy consumption, maintenance, and related expenses. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the app.
Data and Privacy
All data you enter into MileFlow is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
No Warranty
MileFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MileFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Accuracy of Calculations
MileFlow provides fuel economy, cost calculations, and estimates based on the data you enter. These calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial, tax, or legal decisions.
Apple's Standard EULA
This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications, available at apple.com/legal.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
